- Lead a team of 5 developers and set the technical roadmap and architecture standards.
- Lead AI R&D: core Node.js services for conversational AI, RAG and summarization.
- Design system architecture for new features, built for scale in a cloud-native setup.
- Set shared code review standards across Node.js, Go and Java codebases.

2021 – 2024Full-Stack Developer
AI customer service, cloud migration and reliability
- Built the core services for award-winning AI customer service tools on GCP.
- Moved on-premise services to a high-availability AWS architecture with no single point of failure.
- Ran root cause analysis with Grafana and Splunk to cut critical incident resolution time.
- Set up CI/CD with GitLab and Jenkins, and built a real-time queue management system that replaced paper forms.
- Rebuilt legacy PHP APIs as modern Node.js services.
